Could a private investigator have prevented Sean Taylors death?

on December 3rd, 2007 by admin

As much of a shame that Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor was killed in his home it is quite possible it could have been prevented. Prevented? You may be asking, how so? Just eight days before he was gunned down, his home in Miami had been broken into. This could have been an indicator that the home was suspect to robbery. Criminals frequently return to the scene of the crime and in this case if the criminals were returning it was to rob Sean Taylor’s home, again. Only this time an innocent father and spouse had his life taken from him. There is always a lesson to be learned from every tragic event. Hiring a private investigator can go a long way in preventing repeat crimes and even saving innocent peoples lives. Private investigators are experts in surveillance and observation. Schooled in watching for suspicious activity around homes and places of business, private investigators can warn clientele of ongoings that could lead to harm of them or their family. Private Investigators can also protect other valuable assets and real property. Private investigators also have access to records available only to law enforcement professionals. So if you’re leery or suspicious of someone or their whereabouts you can hire a professional private investigator to do a people search. Private investigators are extremely useful and life is far too valuable to not consider hiring one. Especially if you find yourself in a similar situation such as Sean Taylor, knowing someone had broken into his house just a few days before his death.

Private investigators find cheaters

on December 2nd, 2007 by admin

Private investigators are great resources to find what you’re looking for, even if you’re trying to find cheaters. The resources they have available are incredible and can not be duplicated by the average citizen. Private investigators have been glamorized on television and movies for decades, but Hollywood is not the only place they exist, they are real people and are really good at finding what you’re looking for. Say for instance you live in Georgia and you want to find information about someone who you think is cheating on business trips to Minnesota (mn). Especially since the emergence of the internet it has become easier to hire a private investigator to catch cheaters in mn or any other state for that matter. So if if you’re in need of surveillance, people search, background checks or any other service that is beneficial for catching cheaters, rely on a private investigator to get the job done.

Understanding the private investigator reporting act California

on November 26th, 2007 by admin

California’s Private Investigator Act known as “PIA” disallows private investigators utilizing “any act constituting dishonesty or fraud”. This private investigator reporting act California has been brought about because many Californian lawyers have hired private investigators to do people search,  conduct surveillance,  find assets and gather admissions. The problem being that many investigators in the state of California have used dishonest or fraudulent tactics to obtain information for these lawyers.

California PIA law indicates:

(1) It’s prohibited for investigators to misrepresent themselves and who they work for, regardless if the misrepresentation happens knowingly or not. Violations can lead to the suspension of a private investigator’s license.

(2) Any evidence found as a result of deception could be excluded in civil proceedings.

(3) Victims of investigations related to deceptive representations may bring civil charges against investigators and any attorney employing them.

In California, at least five investigatory activities are recognized and allowed:

(1) Overt investigations, in which investigators are forthright with their identity and objective, and do not attempt to deceive or mislead someone.

(2) Any form of public records searches.

(3) Physical observations noted.

(4) Protecting  someone, if it is “incidental” and in compliance with the PIA’s insurance and firearms regulations.

(5) Surveillance, including undercover if the private investigators do not illegally trespass or invade anyone’s privacy.

Do you know a deadbeat parent?

on November 26th, 2007 by admin

Deadbeat parents are everywhere all over the US.  Have you ever gone out in a group to dinner and happen to have that person you know is not going to pay for anything?  How about that person who always needs to borrow money?  It seems as though this is not a new issue this is an issue that has been going on for some many years.

Now-a-days deadbeat parents are also known as deadbeat dads and moms that owe child support.  That is the label people are giving them.  Its a pretty bad crisis here in the US and they are trying to stop it.  A lot of people are now turning to private investigators to do people searches to locate these deadbeat parents that owe money.  This process is probably the most effective way in finding the deadbeat.

With deadbeat dads and moms costing the US millions and millions of dollars every year a lot of government programs have turned to deadbeat locators such as private investigators.  Be aware of the companies who state they can find the parent and then turn around charging you a percentage because they know they can get that from you.  It really sad to see companies trying to capitalize on a single parents only money source from the other parent.

One of the best known deadbeat dad locators and moms is located in Fredrick Colorado.  He is a private investigator known for his people search and finding lost assets and money for people.  The majority of professional athletes and actors and actresses use his services year after year.  So if you are looking for the best with just a flat rate then contact Search and Expose and they can get you a free consultation with him.

How Can Private Investigator Forums Benefit You

on November 21st, 2007 by admin

Have you ever seen the show on A&E called “Dog the Bounty Hunter”?  A private investigator is very similar but has so many more resources.  What I mean by resources is they are connected.  Private investigators have contacts that networkers and business people would die for.  They know the Mayor, the owners of restaurants, car dealers, hair salon owners, and many more.

What does this mean?  Whatever you are trying to find out about someone a private investigator can help.  They have access to information our government has.  They are the James Bond of Federal Agents.

So how can private investigator forums benefit you?  Instead of paying someone by the hour to consult you in something you need you can go to a private investigator forum and get all those answers for free.  There are several private investigators and others just like you trying to find out answers on certain problems.  You can even find a private investigator in your local area that you can go meet in person.  The forums are there just for you.  You will be surprised at how many things investigators can do for you.

Some of the major subjects that people are very interested in are people search, background checks, genealogy, business owners, real estate fraud, hiring a private investigator and many more.  One of the biggest discussions is about deadbeat locators.  This is parents who owe child support.

After visiting the private investigator forums you will feel more comfortable at any problems you may have because they will solve it.

Do airports need a Private Investigator to investigate the safety?

on November 20th, 2007 by admin

Last week I am sure you heard about Boeing Bosses spying on their employees. I guess they don’t trust the people working for them. In some cases employees have gone off and told the media about new projects Boeing has been working on. They have hired private investigators not only to monitor there emails but to follow them when they go for lunch.

Expert private investigators say this is very inappropriate and out of context. If Boeing is so worried about who there employees are talking to and where they are going then what is Boeing guilty of?

Just a few days ago I was watching local Denver news and on it was a hidden camera showing a training class for people who wanted to deice airplanes for the airlines. This is a very important test because if you don’t pass then you don’t get the job. It helps to keep the airplanes you fly on safe. The test assures you know the drills and procedures to the T.

So on this hidden camera was the instructor of the class giving all the students the answers to the questions on the test. Can you believe it? The person who is suppose to be making sure the people in the class know there stuff and don’t cheat is helping them totally cheat on there test. Cheating to the point of telling them which questions to answer wrong and which ones to answer right. I wonder if anyone did a background check on this instructor?

Boeing is hiring private investigators to follow the employees that couldn’t do any harm and taking away there privacy when they have other employees that have jobs that are essential for safety on the airplanes and no one is monitoring them. If anything, we should be hiring private investigators to investigate the safety of airports and the airplanes you are flying on.

This is a prime example of how the corporate world tries to control everything and anything you do as an employee.

Maybe there should be a private investigator safety services for company’s around the US to make sure they are taking every precaution as possible.

At our private investigator forums you are going to see a lot of talk about what is right and wrong with investigations.
